Cedar is especially associated with prayer and healing.
It is also one of the four sacred plants of the Indigenous American Medicine Wheel and represents the Southern direction.

California Bay Laurel provides spiritual cleansing and enlightenment when using in meditation and rituals.

Lavender is well know for its calming effects and promoting a sense of protection, well being and joy.

Added a blue thistle flower and silky blue ribbon. As we know blue evokes feelings of serenity, calm, and relaxation. The color blue as water, also represents fluidity and adaptability.
