At Topanga Window, each order is prepared with care, mindfulness, and respect for nature’s rhythms. We handcraft and package all items in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and thoughtful energy.

Processing Time

  • Orders are lovingly prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • For large or custom orders, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • During holiday seasons, shipping timelines may extend slightly due to higher order volumes.

You’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods

We ship primarily through USPS.
Customers may choose Priority Mail at checkout for time sensitive or urgent orders. While we cannot control carrier delivery timelines, Priority Mail typically ensures faster shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service.
If your package appears lost, missing, or delayed, please contact us at topangawindow@gmail.com . We’ll assist you in creating or submitting a carrier claim to help locate your shipment.

We recommend providing a secure delivery address to ensure safe arrival of your order.
