At Topanga Window, we craft and source all of our botanical, spiritual, and wellness offerings with care and intention. Each creation from our plant based skincare and natural perfumes to our ritual tools and dried botanicals — is made in small batches using pure, sustainably sourced ingredients.
Because of the natural materials and energetic integrity of our products, we maintain fair and transparent policies that balance the spirit of good customer care with our values of mindfulness, sustainability, and small batch creation.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed with care at our studio in 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note:
Larger or bulk orders may take up to 5 business days to process, as we hand label, prepare, and package each item with intention.
During peak seasons (especially Christmas and holiday periods), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is ready for transit.
For urgent or time sensitive orders, you may select Priority Mail shipping at checkout to receive your order faster. While we cannot control carrier delivery speeds, Priority Mail typically provides quicker delivery compared to standard shipping.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the botanical and spiritual nature of our creations, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any opened, used, or handled items, including skincare, herbal blends, ritual tools, and perfumes.
Each batch is carefully prepared with clean, natural ingredients — small variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and authentic to nature.
We encourage mindful purchasing, as every item is created with purpose and made in limited quantities.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product:
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery by emailing topangawindow@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo showing the damage or error
Once reviewed, you’ll receive either:
A shop credit for the affected item(s), or
An alternative resolution, depending on the situation.
Please note:
Reports submitted after 10 days cannot be guaranteed a credit or resolution.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible.
Shop credit will be issued via discount code or credited to your Topanga Window account.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Mail
We know how upsetting it can be when mail goes missing. While this is uncommon, it can happen during busy shipping seasons.
Once your package leaves our studio and is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Topanga Window cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. As a small business, we are unable to replace these items free of charge.
However, we are committed to supporting you through the process. If your order appears lost or stolen:
Confirm your delivery address is correct and check with neighbors or your local post office.
While we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement once a package is marked delivered, we will help you navigate the claim process and provide all necessary documentation.
To prevent issues, we recommend providing a secure delivery address or selecting Priority Mail for time-sensitive orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet begun processing or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or transit, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
